**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and talented Retail Store Manager to join our team at Centric Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store in Cambridge, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize sales and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
