About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Condition Surveyor to join our Estates Intelligence team at KBR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in surveying the client's estate, managing a survey program, and providing expert advice on asset renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive asset surveys and building fabric studies to capture the condition of assets, buildings, and space utilisation.
  • Manage building plans, use KyKloud software for data input, and provide advice on asset renewal.
  • Attend project meetings, update systems for accurate client reports, and identify critical plant equipment.
  • Develop and implement asset lifecycle programs for renewal and fabric condition status.
Requirements
  • Minimum of City & Guilds certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Eligible for Enhanced DBS clearance, CTC, and SC clearances.
  • Member of a professional body in a relevant field (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, IWFM).
