About the Role:

You'll play a key role in supporting both clients and the internal administration team. From handling day-to-day customer communications to managing a range of administrative tasks, your contributions will keep the team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming phone calls and distributing post
  • Scheduling client meetings and preparing necessary documents
  • Building strong client relationships, addressing inquiries
  • Supporting internal team projects and maintaining internal systems
  • Assisting with seminars and covering reception as needed

    • Strong communication and organisational skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
