Project Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth design, production, and installation of our modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in detailed handover meetings with sales teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
  2. Manage project costs and revenues from start to finish, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with site managers to ensure projects are completed snag-free.
  4. Submit all relevant documentation, including RAMS, lift plans, and health and safety files.
  5. Attend internal and external meetings as required, liaising with clients on building specifications and extra scope of works.
Requirements:
  1. A solid background in modular construction, with experience in project management.
  2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  3. Willingness to travel to sites as necessary.
  4. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS tickets, with CPCS Appointed Person a plus.
  5. Proficiency in IT skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
