Mobile Contract Supervisor

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end blue chip commercial maintenance contracts across Central London and the City.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of six engineers across the portfolio, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
- Support site managers and lead the portfolio in their absence, providing guidance and expertise to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and quote for ad-hoc, extra, and minor works across sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and code requirements.
- Ensure all sites remain compliant with the latest technical and health and safety guidance, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide feedback on team and individual performance, conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings and performance reviews to drive growth and development.
- First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off, and actioning minor works as required.
- Utilize Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff performance, ensuring service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Review log books weekly to ensure accuracy and completeness, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as needed, providing technical support to the client and engineering team.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- 2-3 years of leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor across multiple Contracts/Projects.
- Ability to cost and supervise Reactive Repairs and Small Project works.
- A proven track record of delivery within the M&E Maintenance sector.
- Knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent Maintenance Schedules.
- Experienced in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records.
- IOSH Working/Managing Safely certification, Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS, etc.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
