Mobile Contract Supervisor

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team. As a Mobile Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers across a commercial portfolio, overseeing management of small works, attending client meetings, appraisals, and recruitment.
About the Role- Manage a team of six engineers, overseeing management of small works, attending client meetings, appraisals, and recruitment.
- Support site managers and lead the portfolio in their absence, ensuring Statutory & Code compliance of all sites.
- Identify and quote for ad-hoc/extra/minor works across sites, ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out and schedules are utilised.
- Provide feedback on team and individual performance, conducting regular 1-2-1 and team meetings and performance reviews.
- First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off, and actioning minor works.
- Utilise Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff's performance and ensure service delivery and all SLA's and KPI's are met.
- Review log books to ensure they are up-to-date and hold all relevant information.
- Carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as required.
- Attend client meetings and offer technical support to clients and the engineering team.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent).
- 2-3 years' leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor across multiple Contracts/Projects.
- Capable of costing and supervising Reactive Repairs and Small Project works.
- A proven track record of delivery within the M&E Maintenance sector.
- Knowledge of SFG20 or Equivalent Maintenance Schedules.
- Experienced in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records.
- IOSH Working / Managing Safely, Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc.
- Team Player.
- Computer Literate.
- Able to Work on Own Initiative.
