About the Role
Care Support Workers, also known as Personal Assistants, are integral to Enable Scotland's mission.
Enable Scotland is an award-winning social care charity that values the contributions of its employees.
We have full and part-time opportunities available for Care Support Workers in Stirling, FK9 5AU.
This role involves providing support to individuals, making a positive difference in their lives on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and empathy, enabling them to form meaningful relationships with service users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their needs and preferences.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Engaging in activities that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- A supportive and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
