Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Team Support worker to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up Finance Service packages (60% of the role)
  • Dealing with payment queries (Internal and external departments) (20% of the role)
  • Dealing with under and Overpayments (15% of the role)
  • Running the payment cycles (5% of the role)
About the Role

This is a temporary role that requires a high standard of financial support and administration to the managers and teams in Children's Social Care & Youth Justice Division. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure the efficient processing of financial transactions and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

What We Offer
