About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide small group work and intervention support to students
  • Offer 1:1 support for pupils with special needs and lower ability
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
