Corporate Insolvency Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Insolvency Manager to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our restructuring and recovery service, you will be responsible for supervising cases from planning to review and completion.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate insolvency, including administrations and liquidations, with knowledge of insolvency legislation and statutory requirements. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, organising multiple assignments simultaneously.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a significant impact on the business. You will be working closely with office-holders and other stakeholders to ensure all relevant issues are addressed and that cases are efficiently progressed.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and brief case staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring they are proactively progressed and completed efficiently.
- Participate in restructuring advisory work, where suitable qualified/experienced.
- Liaise with office-holders and other staff to keep them informed about case issues.
- Brief and motivate case staff to complete tasks efficiently.
- Review and supervise staff work, providing constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
- Assist office-holders in meeting stakeholder needs and extending the range of services offered.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised accountancy qualification or JIEB.
- Substantial experience in corporate insolvency, including administrations and liquidations.
- Knowledge of insolvency legislation and statutory requirements.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and situations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
