Insolvency Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Levitate Recruitment - Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment Specialists for an Insolvency Manager to join their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases of various sizes and complexity, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
- Conduct case delivery, incorporating pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
- Liaise with Directors, Shareholders, Creditors, Accountants, Solicitors, and Agents.
- Understand key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
- Provide regular progress reports to the manager.
- Prepare documents for board, shareholder, and creditors meetings.
- Manage asset valuation and realisation.
- Provide recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
- Attend clients' sites to secure the premises and/or assets if necessary.
- Report to IP on case progression and compliance issues.
- Maintain IPS case diaries and setup.
- Train junior staff and delegate tasks.
- Monitor job WIP and costs to budget.
- Closing cases, including preparation of final reports and accounts, and statutory filing.
This role offers the opportunity to assist with the firm's marketing activities and actively supports staff in developing business development skills.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of corporate insolvency experience in the UK.
- CPI Qualified would be advantageous.
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
