Workshop Technician / Engineer

Join the UK's leading pump distributor as a skilled Workshop Technician / Engineer at their head office in Sheerwater, Woking.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Carrying out general engineering to ensure that our pump units are built to specification
  • Service, repairs, and testing of pump units and associated equipment
  • Operating a forklift
  • Receiving deliveries and checking goods
  • Controlling inventory and managing stores
Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience working with pumps and motors
  • Good mechanical and basic electrical skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to deal professionally with customers
  • IT literacy, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000, dependent on experience
  • 20 days holiday + public holidays
