Marketing Director Job Description

MODE SEARCH Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive audience acquisition, growth, and retention
  • Build and maintain meaningful brand relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the entire marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Partner with the Directors of E-commerce and Digital to create a performance-driven marketing strategy
  • Work with internal and external creatives to develop a brand content strategy
  • Create a global web content strategy that showcases our brand's unique value proposition
  • Support the Head of VIP & Client Development to deliver a successful client engagement strategy
  • Partner with the Head of CRM to build a plan that acquires, retains, and rewards clients
  • Instruct retail and digital teams on client engagement plans using key performance indicators
  • Partner with a PR agency for all press and event activations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends
  • Experience with creative direction, including photoshoots, mood boarding, and visual storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with media buying and graphic design processes
  • Experience in managing websites, understanding web development, and e-commerce platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on key performance metrics
