About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. in Peterborough. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our warehouse and delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies, and conduct preventative maintenance to a high standard.
  • Provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
  • Coach and mentor technicians on shift, and support the line manager in supervising the team.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines, with experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as 5 GCSEs, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC-based controls systems and CMMS software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language.
