Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NVH Lead CAE Engineer to join our team at Forseven. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of simulation models and analysis techniques to predict and optimize the noise and vibration of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full vehicle finite element models and subsystems to analyze noise and vibration attributes
  • Coordinate and participate in analysis and test activities to evaluate vehicles and develop solutions to achieve program requirements
  • Lead the NVH CAE attribute and develop simulation in-house capability
  • Analyze test data and correlate to CAE results
  • Ensure final vehicle sign off against in-house requirements

Requirements

  • Engineering degree and experience working in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of fundamental NVH theory and its application to achieve program goals
  • Proven success in delivering full vehicle programs and solving NVH problems
  • Experience using FEA techniques to predict noise and vibration of structures
  • Competent in using Optistruct, Hypermesh, ANSA or equivalent software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
