Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our HR Shared Service Centre, you will provide administrative support to our business, ensuring efficient and responsive service delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a helpful and customer-friendly HR Administration service to all employees and customers via phone, email, and webchat functions
  • Working to continually improve the service provided to our customers
  • Management of individual and team workflow to ensure all service requests are managed to meet/exceed agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring all service requests are logged accurately in the PeopleServices workflow system
  • Seeking support from HR Leads for advice with complex queries, escalating any potential issues to HR Team Leader
  • Providing support to the wider business for general HR-related queries and team-specific process queries

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify improvement areas in processes, service, and customer experience
  • Awareness of goals and standards, with the ability to follow tasks through to ensure quality and PeopleServices standards are met
  • Well-organized with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
  • Able to work cooperatively within a team and on own initiative
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs
