Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Maternity Administration Team as a key member of the Patient Access Team.

Working primarily to support and manage the administrative team responsible for booking appointments for high-risk pregnancies, the post holder will ensure that strict timelines are met, working closely with midwives, sonographers, and managers.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to absorb knowledge quickly, and effective communication skills to navigate and manage change.

Main Duties of the Job

Supporting the delivery of daily operational business, the post holder will be key in offering a supporting role to the Service Manager and Operational Services Manager.

The post holder will support the Service Manager to resolve day-to-day management issues, ensuring a high-quality patient experience is delivered.
