Building Code Enforcement Officer

Job Description:

As a Building Code Enforcement Officer, you will conduct fire risk assessments, provide reports, and offer fire safety advice to management teams. This role also involves delivering fire warden training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
  • Experience working in related property settings
  • Knowledge of fire legislation and relevant standards
  • BS9999 and DCLG sector guidance awareness
Additional Information:

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an estimated salary of £25,610.40 per annum based on 37 hours at £20.02 per hour.
