We are seeking a skilled Case Handler to join our Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing mortgage security on behalf of lenders, working closely with our clients to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of mortgage enforcement cases, using our case management system (Solcase) to track progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit court documents, as well as instruct agents and advocates as required to support our clients' interests.
- Communicate regularly with Team Managers to report on work progress, address any issues or concerns, and escalate matters as necessary.
- A strong understanding of mortgage enforcement law and procedures, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
