Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Figbury Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide the best possible care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
