Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader at Figbury Lodge. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centered care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
