We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our bodyshop operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicle repairs meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of all vehicles in line with provided job cards to identify any quality issues.
- Quality Issue Resolution: Highlight quality issues and work closely with the workshop controller to ensure timely re-work and resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all quality control documentation to Activate Group Limited standards.
- Performance Metrics: Meet bodyshop-set targets, including a minimum of 10 vehicles per day.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant industry standards, including BS10125.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed service level agreements.
- Health and Safety: Maintain awareness of all health and safety requirements and lead by example.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the repair industry, with knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
- Repair Process Knowledge: Understanding of the repair process and ability to identify quality issues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to highlight quality issues constructively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain the repair process in simple terms and work effectively with the workshop controller.
- Performance Drive: Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others.
