Cosmetic Ingredients Sales Director

A seasoned sales professional with 5 years of experience in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams is sought after by a premier cosmetic ingredients supplier experiencing rapid growth. This role offers an attractive salary package of £35,000 - £45,000 and comprehensive benefits.
As a key member of our team, the Cosmetic Ingredients Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing sales plans to drive business growth.
- Leading and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Executing sales plans, negotiating deals, and closing business opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting sales performance using data analytics and CRM tools.
- A proven track record as a sales manager, account manager, or business development manager in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- No less than 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership or management.
- Experience in the chemicals, cleaning products, or raw materials sectors.
- A degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry-specific certifications or training in sales, product management, or safety.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and sales data tracking.
