Sales Growth Strategist

A highly competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 and attractive benefits await a seasoned sales professional with 5 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with customers.

As a key member of our team, the Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leading and managing high-performing sales teams, and maintaining and developing customer relationships.

Main Objectives:
  1. To develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives.
  2. To lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  3. To maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  4. To execute sales plans, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
  5. To track and report sales performance using data analytics and CRM tools.
We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record as a Personal Care Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
  • No less than 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership or management.
  • Experience in the beauty, hair, cosmetics, makeup, chemicals, cleaning products, raw materials, or chemical manufacturing sectors.
  • A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Industry-specific certifications or training in sales, product management, or safety.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and sales data tracking.
