We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant New Product Developer to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of cosmetics and skincare, with up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting in project delivery, liaising with business areas, briefing design amendments, and arranging product and cosmetic samples. You will also be responsible for managing sampling processes, assisting with cosmetic colour selection and product costing, and briefing new formulation developments based on client requirements.

Requirements:
