Job Title: Community Liaison

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into our facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings & other school-related events.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Secure the school's premises, ensuring gates and doors are locked up securely at the end of the shift.
  • Complete health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.

Requirements:

  • Pride and passion for providing an excellent service to groups who hire our facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Process:

  1. Complete the short questionnaire and apply with your CV
  2. We will contact you to arrange a telephone interview
  3. If you are successful, Vivify Venues request and pay for an Enhanced DBS check
  4. Start date confirmed and training arranged
