About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Coleford and Lydney. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, accessing their communities, and maintaining their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Develop and implement daily living skills, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Support individuals to access their communities, including socialization, employment, training, and friendships.
  • Contribute to and develop individual care plans, ensuring that each person's needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
