Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
We provide a comprehensive induction program, including the Care Certificate, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth. As a Support Worker with Lifeways, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Requirements- DBS clearance (paid for by the company)
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekends on a rota basis
- Ability to work as part of a team and develop positive relationships with service users and colleagues
