About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including the management of staff, resident care, and the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment.

You will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC Pin and a strong background in person-centred care planning. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Manage and supervise a team of care professionals
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the care home is maintained in a safe and clean environment
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve care home goals and objectives
