Overview

The Systems team in Central Technology at Arm drives research and development of new system technology ideas for Infrastructure, Mobile, Automotive, and Embedded markets. We seek a high-energy leader to coordinate the planning and delivery of technology across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project managers, system architects, and technologists to develop plans that enable the delivery of new technologies spanning Infrastructure, client, and automotive segments.
  2. Manage roadmaps and oversee technology delivery.
  3. Work with project and program managers to engage with commercial teams on status updates.
  4. Develop medium-term plans.
  5. Collaborate with wider engineering teams to facilitate technology transfer.
  6. Drive group engineering reviews and alignment discussions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership experience in RTL-based IP or semiconductor technology sectors.
  2. Deep technical understanding of end-to-end development flows.
  3. Experience in resource allocation planning, project planning, and critical path analysis.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills to prioritize activities.
  5. Motivating project teams.
  6. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
