Job Title: Site Manager for Prime Residential Projects

Our client, a leading prime residential main contractor based in Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the entire construction process on-site, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
  • Site Supervision: Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, including the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control, conducting regular inspections and ensuring all work meets the client's exacting standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager within prime residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, particularly in the context of luxury residential projects.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
