About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Elite SSS. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on-site, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the entire construction process on-site, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
- Site Supervision: Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, including the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control, conducting regular inspections and ensuring all work meets the client's exacting standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager within prime residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, particularly in the context of luxury residential projects.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Health & Safety: A solid understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
