About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Director - Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team in the North West region. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of vehicle maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the workshop team to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
