Job Title: Head of UK Recruitment

Compass Corporate Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of UK Recruitment to lead our recruitment efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the local recruitment team and reporting directly to the Recruitment Director.

About the Role:

  • Lead the local recruitment team to deliver high-quality recruitment initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Director to monitor KPIs and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency account managers.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in leading high-volume recruitment efforts in the UK.
  • Extensive experience in the care home industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to streamline processes to produce high-quality outcomes and reduce agency costs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
