Job Title: Head of UK Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of UK Recruitment to join our team at Compass Corporate Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of recruitment initiatives across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the local recruitment team and report directly to the Recruitment Director.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with home managers to reduce dependency on agencies and create innovative approaches to streamline recruitment plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder management, working with agency account managers to ensure the organisation's recruitment needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in successfully leading internal, high-volume, UK recruitment efforts.
  • Extensive experience in the care home industry, with a clear understanding of the challenges faced within the sector and an ample network.
  • Experience streamlining processes to produce high-quality outcomes and support in the reduction of agency costs.
  • A team player, with the capability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving collective objectives.
  • Ability to form and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
