About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support to production teams to resolve technical issues and prevent downtime.
  • Drive a proactive maintenance culture to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with new equipment installations and commissioning.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Recognized Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  • Experience with PLCs (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
