The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled craftsman to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As Lead Visual Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining our visual design systems, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate those into compelling UI ideas and elegant visuals.
  • Evolving best practices by learning from each other and responding to unique challenges on each project.
  • Practicing the craft and continuously improving your skills.

Deliverables

Your key responsibilities as Lead Visual Designer will include:

  • Designing the overall look and feel of our products, based on the product architecture and wireframes.
  • Exploring different visual approaches and evaluating them with target users.
  • Crafting detailed visual designs for UI components and states.
  • Defining a consistent approach to color, typography, iconography, and layout.
Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in defining and translating branding into product visual design systems.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your web services and user interface design expertise.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android user interface design principles.
