- Expertise in the selection of servomotors, stepper motors, and gearboxes.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
The position is primarily based in the UK, with the expectation of occasional international travel. Fluency in languages beyond English is considered advantageous, though not essential.
Our client is a leader in a niche manufacturing sector, focused on delivering high-quality products to an international customer base. The successful candidate will have a broad remit, leading teams and influencing the development of new technologies and processes, driving innovation while continuously improving existing solutions.
Remuneration and Benefits:- Salary: £55,000 per annum.
- Pension Scheme: Automatic enrolment into the company's workplace pension scheme, with a 3% company contribution.
- Working Hours: Standard working hours are 7:40 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 7:40 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. on Friday. Flexibility is required as working hours may extend beyond these times, including weekends.
- Holidays: 33 days of paid holiday per year, including public holidays. The company typically closes between Christmas and New Year, and employees are required to reserve holiday for this period.
- Sick Pay: Paid at the standard rate, subject to management approval.
- Other Benefits: Death in Service (DIS) and Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) schemes, with optional access to the company's healthcare scheme.
