This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in a rapidly evolving field. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key investors, stakeholders, and donors, as well as developing and implementing governance structures for the fund.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of marine policy and experience delivering environmental improvements. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office for efficient project management.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,019 - £38,009 per annum, commensurate with experience. The location is hybrid, with remote working and access to offices in Cardiff, Aberystwyth, or Rhyl. Full-time, 35 hours per week, flexible working available.
