About the Role:
The Pirbright Institute's High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS) unit is seeking a talented High-Throughput Sequencing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality genomics data and supporting the development of new genomics technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement new genomics protocols and methods
• Collaborate with research groups on genomics projects
• Maintain and troubleshoot sequencing equipment and robots
• Analyze and interpret genomic data
• Contribute to the development of new genomics tools and technologies

Requirements:
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant branch of biosciences
• Experience in molecular genomics and HTS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
