Role Overview


Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a skilled and experienced Leadership Community Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals in the community.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing holistic assessments and developing person-centred care plans
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior staff and contribute to their professional development through supervision and mentoring
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Identify risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and colleagues
  • Coordinate shifts and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
