About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, bowel management, and behavioral challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
