About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients with complex care needs, including those with spinal cord injuries and requiring BiPAP ventilation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries and requiring BiPAP ventilation.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of our care team, sharing your expertise and experience to improve our services.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or care support, preferably in a complex care setting.
