Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor for our Lincoln Showroom.

The Role

Sales Advisors play a crucial role in our operations, serving as key representatives of our brand and reputation. They possess in-depth knowledge of our products and are adept at guiding customers to find the best solutions for their needs.

These professionals engage with both trade and retail clients from initial contact through to final delivery. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries in the showroom, over the phone, and via email, as well as providing product information and advice, preparing quotes and invoices, coordinating delivery, and ensuring aftersales support. Additionally, Sales Advisors assist showroom managers with showroom presentation, local marketing efforts, and sales enhancement.

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this position, candidates should:

  • Have a passion for sales
  • Be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
  • Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills
  • Be dependable and self-driven
  • Possess proficient keyboard skills and familiarity with email and basic Word/Excel applications

Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly within a showroom context, is advantageous. Experience in bathroom, tile, or other interior-related sales, along with an interest in interior design or renovation, would also be beneficial.

Working Hours

We are ideally looking for a candidate who can commit to 37.5 hours per week, spread across 5 days, from Tuesday to Saturday, with some flexibility available for the right individual.
