About the Role

We are seeking a highly polished and articulate individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at Lexus Lincoln. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, introducing customers to the relevant staff and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Receive and direct inbound telephone calls to the appropriate department, providing excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Support the sales team with customer events and promotions, showcasing our latest models and services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Be confident in meeting new people daily, building rapport quickly and creating a positive first impression.
