As a Clinical Lead at Berkeley Lodge, you will play a key role in shaping the clinical direction of our care home, working closely with our management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving improvements in care quality, patient outcomes, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct clinical audits, analyze findings, and implement improvements to enhance the care service
  • Support the management team with pre-admission clinical assessments and provide guidance on clinical matters
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to ensure compliance with professional regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current valid NMC registration
  • Experience in dementia, geriatric, and complex care
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
