As a Clinical Lead at Berkeley Lodge, you'll oversee the clinical governance of all aspects of care. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional nursing care, providing strategic leadership and collaborating with the manager to achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to optimize physical and mental outcomes for residents
  • Monitor and improve care quality in compliance with CQC regulations
  • Conduct clinical audits, analyze findings, and implement improvements to enhance the service
  • Assist managers with pre-admission clinical assessments when necessary
  • Support RNs within the home and adhere to NMC professional regulations and guidelines

Suitable candidates will hold a current NMC registration, experience in dementia, geriatric, and complex care, and demonstrate leadership skills.
