We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the position of Finance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in accounts and finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, answering telephone calls, responding to client emails, filing and scanning, and assisting with general administrative duties.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £18,500 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Team: Offer administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Client Communication: Manage and respond to all client correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Filing and Organisation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and ensure that all documents are securely stored.
  • Assist Colleagues: Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties and provide support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and Organised: Be highly motivated and organised with a good attention to detail.
  • Interested in Accounts/Finance: Have a keen interest in accounts and finance.
  • Computer Literate: Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good Telephone Manner: Answer telephone calls professionally and politely.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence: Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
