About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES LIAISON to join our team at NXT Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and building strong relationships with partners and clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and new enquiries
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners
  • Reach out to new and current clients to create opportunities
  • Examine past orders to strategise customer requirements
  • Maintain CRM records and support customer service team with upselling

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.
