We are proud to be a leading UK food manufacturing company, and we are seeking a skilled Auditor Retail to join our team in West Bromwich.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring live/reactive CCTV systems and responding to food safety, GMP, or procedural breaches. You will alternate between monitoring food safety and GMP compliance on CCTV camera screens and physically verifying conformance against site GMP rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to breaches
  • Verify conformance against site GMP rules
  • Maintain an accurate log of monitoring activities
  • Record observations of non-compliant practices
  • Monitor the implementation of new ways of working
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in QA or QC roles, although training will be provided. You should be proficient in spoken and written English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
